For each leg, I collaged an assortment of materials that are often found left behind on beaches on the coasts. I conscientiously selected items within a limited color palette, primarily blues and neutrals, to balance the aesthetic of the table top. Look closely…notice specific brands such as Costco water bottles, Amazon prime packaging, Red Bull, Doritos, Lays, etc.,…all represent the amount of unawareness we as a society are contributing to the level of pollution on a daily basis even without the items actually reaching our water.
